摘 要:目前的工业区更新不仅是建筑的更新,更是在空间环境方面的更新,建筑室外风环境是工业区空间环境的重要影响因素,它对创造健康舒适的人居环境,实现绿色低碳发展有着重要作用。研究选取南昌市260工业区为研究对象,在建筑改造的方案阶段增加CFD数值模拟技术,对夏季工况的室外风环境进行模拟;利用可视化的结果,对工业区改造前后风环境进行对比分析。统筹建筑空间规划、建筑设计和景观设计等方面,提出优化策略:控制建筑密度、优化空间形态、设置架空层、调整建筑形体、优化景观设计。研究为室外空间风环境优化提供了参考,为今后的工业区更新设计提供新思路。The current industrial zone renewal is not only the renewal of the building,but also the renewal of the space environment,the building outdoor wind environment is an important influencing factor of the space environment of the industrial zone,it has an important role in creating a healthy and comfortable living environment,to achieve green and low-carbon development.The 260 industrial zone in Nanchang City was selected as the research object,CFD numerical simulation technology was added to simulate the building wind environment under summer working conditions in the scheme stage of building renovation,uses the visual results to compare and analyze the wind environment before and after the transformation of the industrial zone,coordinates the research of building space planning,architectural design and landscape design and proposes optimization strategies:control building density,optimize spatial form,set up overhead layers,adjust building shapes,and optimize landscape design.The study provides an empirical case for the optimization of outdoor spatial wind environment in industrial areas and provides a reference for the renewal design of industrial areas in the future.
