硝苯地平及福辛普利钠片含服治疗高血压急症的疗效

摘　　要：目的:讨论硝苯地平及福辛普利钠片含服治疗高血压急症的效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年1月四川护理职业学院附属医院(四川省第三人民医院)收治的高血压急症患者88例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组应用硝苯地平片治疗,观察组应用硝苯地平联合福辛普利钠片治疗。比较两组患者血压水平、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);治疗后,观察组自觉状态、社会功能、情志功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压急症患者的临床治疗中应用硝苯地平及福辛普利钠片含服疗法,有利于控制患者的血压水平,减少并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To discuss the effect of nifedipine and fosinopril sodium tablets in the treatment of acute hypertension.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients with acute hypertension admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Nursing Vocational College Sichuan Third People's Hospital from December 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty-four cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine tablets,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine combined with fosinopril sodium tablets.Blood pressure,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008);After treatment,the scores of conscious state,social function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nifedipine and fosinopril sodium tablets in the clinical treatment of patients with acute hypertension is beneficial to control the blood pressure level of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications and optimize the quality of life of patients.
