摘　　要：目的:分析外固定支架联合锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月和平县人民医院骨二科收治的桡骨远端C3型骨折患者58例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成研究组(给予外固定支架联合锁定钢板内固定治疗)和对照组(给予外固定支架治疗),各29例。比较两组患者影像学参数指标、腕关节功能评分(Gartland-Werley评分)、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组桡骨高度、尺偏角、掌倾角均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术后,研究组Gartland-Werley评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:外固定支架联合锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折的临床效果显著,可促进其术后功能恢复,减少并发症,具有较高的可行性。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of external fixation bracket combined with locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of C3 distal radius fractures.Methods:58 patients with type C3 fracture of the distal radius admitted to the Department of Orthopedics II,Heyuan Heping County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a research group(treated with external fixator combined with locking plate internal fixation)and a control group(treated with external fixator),with 29 cases in each group.The imaging parameters,wrist joint function scores(Gartland-Werley score),and complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The radial height,ulnar deflection angle,and palmar inclination angle of the study group were all greater than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);After surgery,the Gartland-Werley score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Conclusion:The clinical effect of external fixation bracket combined with locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of C3 distal radius fractures is significant.It can promote postoperative functional recovery and reduce complications,and has high feasibility.
