射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析射干麻黄汤治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月枣庄市中医医院收治的小儿毛细支气管炎患儿70例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(应用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗,35例)与观察组(应用射干麻黄汤加减治疗,35例),分析两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);治疗后,两组患者C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均降低,25-(OH)D_(3)水平均升高,观察组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,25-(OH)D_(3)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组气促、湿啰音、哮鸣音、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效显著,可缩短咳嗽、气促等症状消失时间,降低C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平,提高25-(OH)D_(3)水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction in treating bronchiolitis in children.Methods:70 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Zaozhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method was used to divide the patients into a control group(35 cases treated with beclometasone dipropionate suspension for inhalation)and an observation group(35 cases treated with modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction).The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in both groups of patients were reduced,while the levels of25-(OH)D_(3) were increased;The levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of 25-(OH)D_(3) was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);The disappearance time of shortness of breath,crackles,wheeze,and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in treating bronchiolitis in children.It can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms such as cough and shortness of breath,reduce the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6,and increase the level of 25-(OH)D3.
