短信平台联合流程化管理在体检人群护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨短信平台联合流程化管理在体检人群护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年7月于深圳市第三人民医院进行体检者156例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各78例。对照组给予常规体检护理管理,观察组给予短信平台联合流程化护理管理。比较两组体检效率、体检后自我管理能力。结果:观察组体检完成时间短于对照组,体检效率、体检可信度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组体检者自我认识、疾病管理、饮食习惯、生活习惯评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短信平台联合流程化管理能明显提高体检效率,提高体检人群自我管理能力。Objective:To explore the application effect of SMS platform combined with process management in the care of people undergoing physical examination.Methods:156 cases who underwent physical examination at Shenzhen Third People's Hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 78 cases in each group.The control group received routine physical examination nursing management,while the observation group received SMS platform combined with process-based nursing management.Compare the physical examination efficiency and self-management ability after physical examination between the two groups.Results:The physical examination completion time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the physical examination efficiency and physical examination reliability scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the scores of self-understanding,disease management,eating habits,and living habits of the two groups of physical examination subjects all increased;The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined process management of SMS platforms can significantly improve the efficiency of physical examinations and improve the selfmanagement ability of people undergoing physical examinations.
