摘 要:为了研究抹灰机器人正常工作下的使用寿命,对承载部件钢丝绳进行疲劳寿命计算。建立抹灰机器人中6*7+IWS钢丝绳模型并进行有限元分析,得到了抹灰机器人正常工作下钢丝绳拉伸与弯曲的应力位移分布情况,然后结合S-N曲线对钢丝绳进行疲劳分析。结果表明:拉伸时最大应力处于钢丝绳两端处中心钢丝与周围钢丝的接触位置,最大位移位于钢丝绳绳左端离中心最远的钢丝,寿命最小为绳芯中心钢丝与周围钢丝的接触位置;弯曲时最大应力位于绳股外侧钢丝与中心钢丝接触位置,最大位移位于离滑轮最远处绳股外侧钢丝,最小寿命为绳股中心钢丝与外侧钢丝接触位置。In order to study the service life of the plastering robot under normal operation,the fatigue life of the steel wire rope of the load-bearing component is calculated.The 6*7+IWS wire rope model of the plastering robot is established and finite element analysis is carried out.The stress and displacement distribution of the wire rope tension and bending under normal operation of the plastering robot are obtained,and then the fatigue analysis of the wire rope is carried out based on the S-N curve.The results show that the maximum stress is at the contact position between the center wire and the surrounding wires at both ends of the wire rope,the maximum displacement is at the wire with the left end of the wire rope farthest from the center,and the minimum life span is the contact position between the center wire of the rope core and the surrounding wires;The maximum stress is at the con-tact position between the outer wire of the strand and the center wire,the maximum displacement is at the outer wire of the strand farthest from the pulley,and the minimum life is the contact position of the center wire of the strand with the outer wire.
