摘 要:设计了基于模糊PI的永磁同步电机弱磁控制策略,旨在解决永磁同步电机运行过程中转速超调量大、转矩脉动大等问题,并结合单电流调节器弱磁法对系统进行弱磁扩速处理。该设计策略采用模糊PI控制算法、弱磁控制与MTPA控制相结合,利用模糊PI控制算法优化MTPA控制,提高了系统的响应性能和抗干扰能力。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了完善的数学模型,并通过仿真验证了该控制算法的有效性。In this paper,the flux weakening control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on fuzzy PI is designed to solve the problems of large speed overshoot and large torque ripple during the operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor.In addition,the single current regulator flux weakening method is used to expand the speed of the system.This design strategy adopts the combination of fuzzy PI control algorithm,field weakening control and MTPA control,and optimizes MTPA control by using fuzzy PI control algorithm,which improves the response performance and anti-interference ability of the system.A perfect mathematical model is built in MATLAB/Simulink,and the effectiveness of the control algorithm is verified through simulation.
