摘  要:模块化多电平逆变器因具有调制算法成熟、输出电压谐波特性好、电压变化率低以及在模块单元故障下继续维持工作等优点,使其在大功率高压逆变器中得到广泛的应用。首先分析了传统级联多电平高电压和大电流检测方案在实际应用中的缺点和可能给检测装置带来亚健康的隐患,然后提出级联多电平逆变器输出电压和输出电流检测方案,最后在所提方案的基础上详细设计了电压检测和电流检测电路的各项参数,并将该电路原理图应用在H桥单元级联多电平中间包感应加热电源上进行输出电压和电流参数检测试验验证。试验结果表明所提的电压检测和电流检测方案可以满足级联多电平逆变器输出参数检测的各项性能要求。Modular multilevel inverters have been widely used in high power and high voltage inverters because of their advantages such as mature modulation algorithm,good harmonic characteristics of output voltage,low voltage change rate and continuing to work in case of module unit failure.This paper firstly analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional cascaded multilevel high voltage and high current detection scheme in practical application and the hidden trouble that may bring sub-health to the detection device,and then puts forward the cascaded multilevel inverter output voltage and output current detection scheme adopted in this paper.Finally,based on the scheme proposed in this paper,the parameters of the voltage detection and current detection circuit are designed in detail,and the circuit schematic is applied to the cascaded multilevel tunnel-induction heating power supply of H bridge unit to test the output voltage and current parameters.The test results show that the voltage detection and current detection schemes proposed in this paper can meet the performance requirement of the output parameter detection of cascaded multilevel inverters.
