摘  要:在输变电领域中,变压器是十分重要的电力设备之一。但由于变压器特殊的工作运行环境,对变压器橡胶密封件的密封性能有更高的要求,在运行达到一定年限后,变压器橡胶密封件会逐渐出现变软发粘、物理性能骤降和密封界面发生严重擦伤等不利情况,随着橡胶制品老化的加剧,最终导致电力变压器渗漏油甚至无法正常运行。基于此,分析了变压器密封套管渗漏油问题的原因,结合实际案例,提出了渗漏油问题的处理措施。Transformer is one of the most primary power equipment in the field of power transmission and transformation.Due to the special working and operating environment of the transformer,there is required higher sealing performance of transformer rubber seals.After a certain number of years′service,the rubber seals of transformer will gradually become soft and sticky,with its physical performance drastically deteriorated and the sealing interface severely scratched.This will eventually results in oil leakage or even complete failure of transformer as the rubber continuously ages.In consideration of this,the article analyzes the causes of oil leakage of transformer sealing sleeve,and puts forward treatment measures for oil leakage in combination with practical cases.
