摘  要:针对近期发生的一起某110 kV变电站380 V#2站用交流电源系统短暂失压故障,现场依次检查监控装置的模拟量、进线开关及自动转换开关(ATS)位置与实测值的一致性,并校验了ATS控制回路,再对监控装置的ATS状态及控制界面进行核查。排查出故障的原因是监控装置的ATS类型被错误设置为ATS-2型,而现场的为三工位型ATS,使得ATS无法自动切换导致交流母线短暂失压。为此,提出定期开展培训提高运维人员对监控装置内部参数的掌握,以及验收后拍照留底并安排专人跟踪核查的整改措施。In view of a recent fault case of transient voltage loss of the AC power system used at 380 V#2 station of a 110 kV substation,the consistency of the analog quantity,the incoming line switch and the ATS position of the monitoring device with the measured value was examinedon site successively,and the ATS control loop was verified,and then the ATS status and control interface of the monitoring device were checked.The cause of the fault is that the ATS type of the monitoring device is incorrectly set to ATS-2,while the on-site ATS is three-station ATS.As a result,the ATS cannot be automatically switched over,resulting in a temporary voltage loss of the AC bus.It is proposed corresponding rectification measures which entailsregular training for the operation and maintenance personnel to enhance the understanding of internal parameters of the monitoring device,and taking photos after acceptance and arrange special personnel to track and check.
