摘  要:通过录波文件及仿真结果详细分析了印度尼西亚电网机组跳闸后引起爪哇7号项目1号机组有功变化过程,以及对DCS、DEH、继电保护装置、励磁系统运行的影响,提出在有功功率变送器、一次调频、保护装置采取防范措施,以及频率保护与FCB功能、甩负荷试验配合等优化建议,以适应印度尼西亚电网特点,提高机组运行可靠性,防止非计划停运。同时将为印度尼西亚已建及后续新建电厂提供参考资料。This paper analyzes in detail the variation of active power of Unit 1 of Java 7 Project caused by the tripping of Indonesian power grid,and the impact on the operation of DCS,DEH,relay protection device and excitation system through wave recording files and simulation results.It is proposed to take preventive measures on active power transmitter,primary frequency modulation and protection device,as well as optimization suggestions on the coordination of frequency protection,FCB function and load rejection test,in consideration of adaptation to the characteristics of Indonesian power grid,improving the reliability of unit operation and preventing unscheduled outage.At the same time,this paper will provide reference data for Indonesia's built and subsequent new power plants.
