摘 要:随着我国“双碳”发展战略以及建设新型电力系统等重大战略的实施,传统的无源配电网正逐渐转变为有源配电网。为了满足分布式光伏高比例接入和高效消纳,就地实现配电网源荷平衡,提出了一种基于边缘自治决策终端的台区低压柔性直流互联控制技术,通过低压柔性直流互联改造,利用边缘自治决策终端装置的灵活、快速功率调节特性,不仅使得台区内部原有负荷的正常使用得到保证,同时有力地解决了相邻台区间的负载率不均衡等问题,满足负荷增长的需求,有效提升了配电网供电可靠性。With the implementation of the development strategy of"double carbon"and the major strategy of constructing new power system,the traditional passive distribution network is gradually changing into active power network.In order to satisfy the high proportion access and efficient consumption of distributed PV,and achieve the power supply balance in the distribution network,this paper proposes a low-voltage flexible DC interconnection control technology based on the edge autonomous decision terminal.Through the low-voltage flexible DC interconnection transformation,the flexible and fast power regulation characteristics of the edge autonomous decision terminal device are utilized.It not only ensures the normal use of the original load inside the station area,but also effectively solves the load rate imbalance between the adjacent stations and other problems,meets the demand of load growth,and effectively improves the power supply reliability of the distribution network.
