摘 要:构建低碳贸易竞争力评价指标体系,测度2011—2021年中国30个省份低碳贸易竞争力指数,并分析低碳贸易竞争力的整体状况、地区差异和动态演进特征。结果显示:全国低碳贸易竞争力指数稳步提升。低碳贸易竞争力五大子系统呈现出“高度耦合、良性协调”的互动格局。各省份、各地区低碳贸易竞争力指数具有明显差异,其中浙江、江苏低碳贸易竞争力指数处于较高水平;华东地区低碳贸易竞争力指数远超其他六大区域,西南、西北和东北地区低碳贸易竞争力指数显著低于全国平均水平。低碳贸易竞争力指数不同等级均具有较强“马太效应”,且等级越高,转移升级难度越大。Constructing the evaluation index system of low-carbon trade competitiveness,to measure the low-carbon trade compet-itiveness index of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021.Revealthe situation,regional difference and dynamic evolution characteristics of low-carbon trade competitivenessfully.The results show that the low-carbon trade competitiveness index of the country has steadily increased.The five subsystems of low-carbon trade competitivenessshowing an interactive pattern of"high coupling and benign coordin-ation".There are obvious differences in the competitiveness index of low-carbon trade among provinces and regions,among which the competitiveness index of low-carbon trade in Zhejiang and Jiangsu is at a higher level.The low-carbon trade competitiveness index of East China is far more than that of the other six regions,and the low-carbon trade competitiveness index of southwest,northwest and nor-theast China is significantly behind the national average.Different levels of low-carbon trade competitiveness index have strong"Matthew effect",and the higher the level,the greater the difficulty of transfer and upgrading.
