摘  要:随着城市化进程的推进,交通基础设施也开始了大规模的提升改造,随之而来产生了大量的固体废弃物。从生态环保和经济性角度来看,应提倡绿色化改造,全面提高资源利用效率。因此,现有设施和材料的回收利用得到越来越多的重视,对该方面的研究和应用更能体现项目的技术含量和行业引领度。以石家庄高速路市政化改造为例,测试不同掺量(40%、60%、80%)的RAP沥青混合料的路用性能参数,研究分析主要技术参数的变化规律,对比规范要求的技术指标的符合程度。当RAP掺量为80%时,混合料的水稳定性和低温性能已低于规范限制,在60%掺量下进行路用试验,其施工质量标准达到了全新沥青混合料路面有关规定要求。With the progress of urbanization,transportation infrastructure has also begun to be upgraded on a large scale and a large amount of solid waste was generated.From the perspective of ecological protection and economy,we should advocate green transformation and comprehensively improve the efficiency of resource utilization.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the recycling of existing facilities and materials,and the research and application of this aspect can better reflect the technical content and industry leadership of the project.Taking the municipal reconstruction of Shijiazhuang Highway as an example,the road performance parameters of RAP asphalt mixture with different dosage(40%,60%,and 80%)were tested,the change rules of main technical parameters were studied and analyzed and the compliance with the technical indicators required by the specification was compared.When the RAP content is 80%,the water stability and low temperature performance of the mixture have been lower than the specification limit.Road test is conducted at 60%content.The construction quality stanard has reached the relevant requirement of the new asphalt mixture pavement,.
