摘 要:【目的】旨在构建对桃流胶病菌具有拮抗活性的最适微生物复合菌剂。【方法】利用实验室前期筛选的对桃流胶病菌具有抑菌效果的3株内生菌xj-14、xj-15、xj-16和2株根际土壤生防菌xj-A和xj-C配制复合菌剂,通过平板对峙法筛选出对桃流胶病菌拮抗效果最适的菌株和菌株间最适比例,进一步用复合菌剂发酵液处理离体桃果实、叶片和枝条,再接种桃流胶病菌进行体外抑菌效果测试。【结果】在平板对峙试验中,菌株xj-15与xj-C按1∶1的比例混合后的组合,对桃流胶病的抑菌率达到49.40%,并且抑菌作用持续的时间明显超过单菌株。在离体桃树组织试验中,用浓度为1×10^(9) CFU/mL的复合菌剂发酵液处理离体桃果实、叶片和枝条,再接种桃流胶病菌,发病情况均得到了抑制,复合菌剂对桃流胶病菌不同组织的抑菌率分别为75.95%、94.93%和88.71%。【结论】获得了对桃流胶病菌有较好拮抗效果的复合菌剂,为进一步进行田间应用开发奠定了基础。[Objective]The aim of this paper was to construct the most suitable composite microbial agents with antagonistic activity against Botryosphaeria dothidea.[Methods]In this study,three strains of endophytic bacteria xj-14,xj-15,xj-16 and two strains of rhizosphere soil bacteria xj-A and xj-C with inhibitory effect on Botryosphaeria dothidea were used to obtain a composite microbial agent,and the optimal strains with higher antagonistic effect on Botryosphaeria dothidea and the optimal ratio among strains were screened out through the plate standoff method.The inhibitory effect of the composite microbial agents agent on Botryosphaeria dothidea was tested through the method of peach fruits,leaves and branches inoculated with fermentation broth.[Results]In the plate standoff experiment,the combination of strains xj-15 and xj-C at a ratio of 1∶1 resulted in 49.40%inhibition of Botryosphaeria dothidea,and the inhibitory effect lasted much longer than that of the single strain.After the isolated peach fruits,leaves and branches treated with the fermentation solution of the composite at a concentration of 1×10^(9) CFU/mL,and then inoculated with Botryosphaeria dothidea,the diseases were suppressed,and the inhibition rate was 75.95%,94.93%and 88.71%respectively.[Conclusion]In this experiment,we obtained a composite microbial agents with antagonistic effect on Botryosphaeria dothidea,which lays the foundation for further field application.
