摘  要:【目的】为深入研究叶用莴苣抽薹的激素协同调控关系和内在机制,为制定科学合理的延迟抽薹调控措施提供理论基础。【方法】分别对叶用莴苣易抽薹品种GB-30、中间型品种GB-26与耐抽薹品种GB-25喷施外源生长素(IAA),通过酶联免疫分析法测定赤霉素(GA 3)、生长素(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)以及茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)含量。【结果】低浓度的IAA处理后3个不同品种的GA 3含量增加,较高浓度的IAA处理之后,前9 d的GA 3的含量都会显著降低,随后回升。低浓度的外源IAA会促进内源IAA的增加,高浓度处理之后没有明显的促进作用,但是会使内源IAA的含量提前达到峰值。喷施较高浓度的IAA能够使GB-25和GB-30的ABA含量提前达到最大值。在处理前期,MeJA均有一个累积的过程,第9天时达到最大,3个品种的处理组在第9天时MeJA的积累量都比对照要高,其中易抽薹品种的差距是最明显的。【结论】叶用莴苣在抽薹前需要较低量的GA 3、IAA和较高量的ABA、MeJA。外施IAA能够提高内源GA 3和MeJA含量,且在耐抽薹品种GB-25中协同作用更显著。[Objective]To further investigate the hormonal synergistic regulatory relationships and underlying mechanisms of lettuce bolting,and ultimately provide a theoretical foundation for the development of scientifically sound strategies to delay bolting.[Methods]Exogenous auxin(IAA)was sprayed on leaf lettuce varieties with different bolting tendencies:GB-30(easy bolting variety),GB-26(intermediate bolting variety),and GB-25(bolting-resistant variety).Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure the content of gibberellic acid(GA 3),indoleacetic acid(IAA),abscisic acid(ABA),and methyl jasmonate(MeJA).[Results]Treating the three different varieties with low concentrations of IAA increased the GA 3 content.After treatment with higher concentrations of IAA,the GA 3 content significantly decreased during the first 9 days and then rebounded.Low concentrations of exogenous IAA promoted the increase of endogenous IAA,while high concentration treatments did not show a significant promoting effect but resulted in earlier peak levels of endogenous IAA.Spraying higher concentrations of IAA advanced the peak ABA content in GB-25 and GB-30 varieties.In the early stages of treatment,there was an accumulation process for MeJA,reaching its maximum on the 9th day.The treatment groups of the three varieties had higher MeJA accumulation levels on the 9th day compared to the control,with the greatest difference observed in the variety prone to bolting.[Conclusion]Leaf lettuce requires lower levels of GA 3 and IAA,and higher levels of ABA and MeJA before bolting.Exogenous IAA application can increase the endogenous GA 3 and MeJA content,with a more pronounced synergistic effect in the bolting-resistant GB-25 variety.
