摘　　要：本文旨在丝绸基底上获得一种结构稳定、色彩明亮的涂层结构。以单分散SiO_(2)@PDA微球为光子晶体的前驱体,在丝绸上构建SiO_(2)@PDA光子晶体,通过壳聚糖溶液对结构色丝绸进行后处理,探究不同质量分数的壳聚糖溶液对结构色丝绸色牢度的影响。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察SiO_(2)@PDA光子晶体结构的微观形貌,能谱仪(EDS)表征SiO_(2)微球样品的元素组成,X射线衍射仪表征SiO_(2)和SiO_(2)@PDA微球的物相结构,并通过摩擦测试和水洗测试探究结构色丝绸的色牢度。本实验制备的SiO_(2)和SiO_(2)@PDA微球粒径大小均一、单分散性良好,SiO_(2)@PDA光子晶体结构呈周期性紧密排列。与未通过壳聚糖溶液处理的结构色织物相比,在质量分数为3%的壳聚糖溶液后处理下,摩擦测试和水洗测试后结构色脱落较少,仍能保持原来的颜色。实验表明,壳聚糖溶液处理可以有效提高结构色织物的色牢度。The purpose of this paper is to obtain a coating structure with stable structure and bright color on the silk substrate.Monodisperse SiO_(2)@PDA microspheres were used as the precursor to construct SiO_(2)@PDA photonic crystals on the silk.The effect of chitosan solution with different mass fraction of chitosan on the color fastness of structured colored silk was investigated.The microstructure of SiO_(2)@PDA photonic crystals was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the elemental composition of SiO_(2)microspheres was characterized by energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),the phase structure of SiO_(2)and SiO_(2)@PDA microspheres was characterized by X-ray diffraction,and the color fastness of structural colored silk was investigated by friction test and washing test.The results show that the SiO_(2)and SiO_(2)@PDA microspheres prepared in this experiment have uniform particle size and good monodispersity.The structures of SiO_(2)@PDA photonic crystals are closely and periodically arranged.Compared with the structural colored fabric which has not been treated with chitosan solution,the structure color of the fabric treated with 3%(mass fraction)chitosan solution has less shedding after tribological test and water washing test,and still keep its original color.The results show that chitosan solution treatment can improve the color fastness of colored fabric effectively.
