摘  要:输油管道截断阀的主要作用是在管道泄漏情况下截断泄漏处管道,以降低泄漏量。为了更合理地设置截断阀,给出了管道在破裂情况下基于流量和高程的泄漏量计算方法,并提出4个参数,即效能系数、效率系数、总体泄漏量、平均泄漏量,以此来量化截断阀对减少管道排气量的效果。两个工程计算实例表明:上述4个参数能够合理地表征截断阀的作用,该表征方法可在设计阶段对截断阀的位置进行优化计算,也可用于在役管道截断阀改造的优选排序。最后指出,上述4个参数的计算是基于管道破裂情况下的泄漏量,未考量中孔和微孔泄漏,在参数的实际应用过程中需注意该缺陷,灵活应用参数进行优化计算。The main function of block valves for oil pipelines is to block pipeline leakage sections to reduce the leakage volume.To make more reasonable placements of valves,this paper provides the method for leakage volume calculation based on the flow rate and elevation under pipeline rupture.Meanwhile,four parameters are proposed to quantify the effect of block valves on leakage volume reduction,including effectiveness coefficient,efficiency coefficient,total leakage volume,and average leakage volume.Two engineering calculation cases show that the four parameters can characterize the effect of block valves reasonably.This characterization method can conduct optimization and calculation on the valve position during the design stage,and also be employed for the optimal selection and sequencing of valve renovation in in-service pipelines.Finally,the calculation of the above parameters is based on the leakage volume under pipeline rupture,and mesopore and micropore leakage is not taken into account.Therefore,in actual parameter application,this flaw should be focused on to flexibly employ the parameters for optimal calculation.
