薄膜型LNG储罐外罐水压试验临时封闭门的设计与分析

摘  要:结合北京燃气天津南港22×10^(4)m^(3)薄膜型LNG储罐外罐静水压试验技术要求,利用橡胶P型水封的特性研制了一种非焊接式封闭门结构;通过运用有限元计算软件,建立封闭门整体模型,设置荷载、边界、接触条件,分析了在水压力作用下封闭门的变形和受力特性。分析结果表明:封闭门的设计满足安全需求,变形及所受应力均能较好地控制在安全范围内;封闭门的钢板加劲构件能够很好地分担作用在表面的静水压力,满足可拆卸及多次利用的设计要求。该非焊接式临时密封门结构已成功应用于上述工程中6台22×10^(4)m^(3)薄膜型LNG储罐外罐的静水压试验。According to the technical requirements of the hydrostatic pressure test for the outer tank of 220000 m^(3)LNG membrane storage tank in Beijing Gas Tianjin Nangang,a non-welded sealing door structure is developed by the characteristics of P-type water seal.By adopting the finite element software,this paper builds the whole model of the sealing door and sets the load,boundary,and contact conditions.It analyzes the deformation and mechanical characteristics of the sealing door under the action of water pressure.The analysis results show that the door design meets the safety requirements,and the deformation and stress can be well controlled within the safe range.The steel plate stiffening members of the sealing door can well share the hydrostatic pressure acting on the surface,and satisfy the design requirements of disassembly and repeated utilization.The proposed door structure has been successfully applied to the hydrostatic pressure test of the outer tank of six 220000 m^(3)LNG membrane storage tanks in the above project.
