摘  要:以国家管网华南公司成品油管道昆明作业区CC006-23滑坡为分析对象,在结合滑坡野外调查和室内外试验工作的情况下,对滑坡稳定性进行分析研究,分析总结应急处置措施及重要性,并利用数值模拟方法分析研究永久性治理措施。结果表明:该滑坡属于典型的人工开挖诱发滑坡,在自然工况下该滑坡处于欠稳定状态,在暴雨工况下处于不稳定状态;压脚应急处置措施效果明显,为管道安全和滑坡永久处置赢得了宝贵时间;滑坡采用抗滑桩支挡,方案选择合理,防治效果明显。压脚应急处置及永久性抗滑桩支挡为管道安全提供了保障,可为同类滑坡事件提供借鉴。This paper takes the landslide of CC006-23 in the Kunming operation area of the refined oil pipeline of the South China Branch of National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group Co.,Ltd.as the analysis object.Combined with the landslide field investigation and indoor and outdoor tests,the landslide stability is analyzed and studied,the measures and importance of emergency treatment are analyzed and summarized,and the permanent treatment measures are analyzed and studied by numerical simulation methods.The results show that the landslide is a typical landslide induced by manual excavation.In natural operation conditions,it is in an understable state,and under heavy rains,it is in an unstable state.The emergency treatment effect of the presser foot is obvious to gain precious time for pipeline safety and permanent landslide disposal.The anti-slide pile is employed to support the landslide.Thus,the scheme is reasonable with an obvious control effect.Presser-foot emergency treatment and permanent anti-slide pile provide a guarantee for pipeline safety and references for similar landslide events.
