摘　　要：阐述了质量控制在放射诊疗建设项目职业病危害评价过程中的必要性,根据相关法规标准、放射卫生学知识和评价工作经验,提出主要评价环节的质量控制关键技术,包括合同签订、评价方案编制、资料收集与审核、现场调查、现场检测和评价报告编制等。放射卫生技术服务机构可借鉴外单位经验及结合自身实际,制定行之有效的质量控制程序和作业指导书,保证评价数据可溯源、结论可信,以规范放射卫生技术服务行为,提升省内机构的评价质控能力。This paper expounds the necessity of quality control in the evaluation of occupational disease hazards from the construction project of radiation diagnosis and treatment.According to the relevant regulations and standards,the knowledge of radiation hygiene and the experience of evaluation,the key techniques for quality control in the main evaluation stages are put forward,including contract signing,Evaluation Program Preparation,data collection and audit,on-site investigation,on-site testing and evaluation report preparation.Radiation health technical service organizations can draw on the experience of other organizations and their own reality,develop effective quality control procedures and operational guidelines,to ensure the traceability of evaluation data and credible conclusions,in order to standardize the service behavior of radiation health technology and improve the quality control ability of provincial institutions.
