摘  要:“孔乙己文学”是在失业率不断攀升、称心工作难寻的背景之下,走出校园的年轻人以鲁迅笔下潦倒又不肯失了读书人体面的孔乙己自嘲所创作的网络话语形式,呈现出高校毕业生的就业焦虑心理,引发大众共鸣。“孔乙己文学”现象折射出高校毕业生复杂的就业心理表征:自尊感、自我价值感、自我效能感以及自我和谐感等均显不足,进而导致毕业生集体就业焦虑,同时对应着一定的社会现实,映射出部分社会问题。在全面推进中国式现代化建设的进程中,重视高校毕业生就业工作,关注他们的就业心理疏导和教育至关重要,应当从高校毕业生自身、家校教育和社会治理三个层面共同建构毕业生健康就业心理的引导路径。“Kong Yiji literature”is a form of online discourse created by the youth who leave campus against the backdrop of high unemployment and difficulty in finding satisfactory jobs,using Lu Xun's depiction of Kong Yiji as a self deprecating figure who is struggling but unwilling to lose his academic face.It presents the employment anxiety psychology of graduates and resonates with the public.The phenomenon of“Kong Yiji literature”reflects the complex psychological representation of graduates in employment:the sense of self-esteem,self-worth,self-efficacy and self harmony are insufficient,which leads to the collective employment anxiety of graduates.At the same time,corresponding to certain social realities,it reflects some social problems.In the process of comprehensively promoting the construction of Chinese path to modernization,it is very important to attach importance to the graduates'employment and pay attention to their psychological counseling and education for employment.It should jointly construct a guidance path for healthy employment psychology from three levels of graduates,home and school education,and social governance.
