摘  要:随着新型电力系统的建设,电力电子型设备引起的宽频电磁振荡已显著影响电网的安全稳定运行。目前解决宽频振荡的方法是针对振荡发生后的已知振荡模式,从设备级的角度采取“单点”补救措施,难以应对宽频振荡幅频时变及全局振荡的动态特性。为有效地解决宽频振荡问题,以宽频振荡动态演变过程为主线,综合现有解决方法,提出宽频振荡的防控体系架构。该架构主要是在宽频振荡不同演变阶段,采取相应预防、抑制、监控及保护等措施,从而尽可能系统性解决新型电力系统宽频振荡问题。With the development of the new-type power system,the wide-band oscillation caused by the power electronic equipment has significantly affected the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The common solution to the wide-band oscillation is to take"single-point"remedial measures for the known oscillation modes after the oscillation event occurs from the equipment level,which is challenging to deal with the dynamic characteristics of the wide-band oscillation like an amplitude-frequency time-varying.To essentially solve the wide-band oscillation,this paper,taking the dynamic evolution process of the wide-band oscillation as the main direction,recommends the prevention and control system framework for the wide-band oscillation of the new-type power systems.The solution is to take the corresponding prevention,suppression,monitoring,and protection measures in different stages of the wide-band oscillation in order to systematically resolve the wide-band oscillation problem of the new power system.
