摘  要:当前日内省间电力现货的交易网络重点关注省间交易通道并简化省网内部潮流,导致交易网络与实际电网不完全一致,交易执行时存在省内断面阻塞的风险。对此,提出了考虑省内输电断面阻塞和多重交易路径耦合的区域电网省间通道可用输电能力优化方法。兼顾断面控制和供需平衡,建立了华中区域电力交易网络模型及其对应的实际潮流控制模型;在二次型目标函数中进一步考虑通道交易能力冗余的刻画,在提高省间通道整体利用率的同时,避免了对某些通道可用输电能力的过度限制。通过空间层面区域内各省网间的解耦和时间层面的实用化简化,大幅减少了变量维度以及求解时间。以实际省网为基础开展分析,验证了所提方法的有效性和算法的性能。In the current inter-provincial electricity spot market,the inter-provincial transmission channels are focused on while the modeling of the intra-provincial power flow is always simplified.The differences between the trading networks and the electricity networks lead to the intra-provincial congestion.For this problem,an optimization for the available transfer capabilities of the inter-provincial transmission channels considering the intra-provincial congestion and the coupling of the multiple transaction paths is proposed.Combining the critical interface control and the supply-demand balance,the models of the spot trading network and the corresponding real power flow in the Central China are established.The redundant transfer capacities are reflected in the quadratic objective function,which improves the overall utilization rate of the tie-lines and avoids the excessive restrictions on the available transfer capabilities of some inter-provincial channels.By the decoupling of the provincial power girds in the same region and the practical simplification,the variable dimension and the solving time are reduced.Finally,based on the operation data from a real provincial power grid,the effectiveness and solution performance of the proposed method are tested.
