摘  要:随着新型电力系统进程的推进,配电网保护控制终端(protection and control intelligent terminal,PCIT)数据处理过程中的业务调度优化,是实现海量设备管控及数据处理的有效及必要手段。而容器技术变革了传统终端的软硬件耦合、数据与功能耦合的形式,其提供便捷弹性、灵活可控的资源空间,为满足多元化业务处理需要、资源高效利用提供重要技术手段。因此提出基于容器的配电网保护控制终端业务调度模型与策略,并进行仿真分析。首先,分析新形势下的配电网保护控制终端架构及业务处理需求;其次,建立保护控制终端模型,包括业务耦合模型及调度模型。再次,阐述耦合多并发业务调度方法,提出利用业务重要度生成调度队列并建立相应评价指标。最后,利用算例仿真多个业务场景下不同调度策略性能,其结果证明了所提终端建模方法的有效性、可行性,为配电网多元化业务高效处理奠定理论基础。With advancements in the new power system,business scheduling optimization in distribution network protection and control intelligent terminals(PCIT)has become an effective and necessary means to achieve massive equipment control and data processing.Container technology has changed the traditional terminal in the form of software and hardware coupling and data and functional coupling,providing convenient,elastic,flexible,and controllable resource space to meet the needs of diversified business processing and enabling efficient use of resources in meeting technical requirements.Therefore,this study proposes a business scheduling model and strategy analysis for a PCIT container-based system.First,we analyze the architecture and business processing requirements of a PCIT under the new situation.Second,the PCIT model is established,comprising the service and scheduling models.Third,the scheduling method of multiple concurrent services is described,a processing queue is generated based on the importance of services,and the corresponding evaluation indicators are established.Finally,the performances of different scheduling strategies in multiple business scenarios are evaluated using numerical simulations.The results prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the terminal modeling method proposed in this study,which lays a theoretical foundation for the efficient processing of diversified services in distribution networks.
