摘 要:针对传统轨道车辆轴承装配过程中,易出现轴承压装设备工作效率低、人工干预比较大、压装效果差等问题。文章设计了一种轨道车辆精密轴承压装装置,通过运动台的设计,实现了运动与动力的传输;通过双向运动棒轴承压装装置,实现了轴两端一起同时进行轴承安装的功能。设计的轴承压装装置压装效率高,效果好,达到精密轴承压装的技术要求。采用SolidWorks软件设计精密轴承压装装置零部件三维图,并对核心部件进行了有限元分析。采用ADAMS软件进行了运动学与动力学分析。In the process of traditional rolling stock bearing assembly,problems such as low working efficiency of bearing press mounting equipment,large manual intervention and poor press mounting effect were easy to occur.A press mounting device for precision bearings of rail vehicles is designed.Through the design of the motion table,the transmission of motion and power was realized;Through the two-way moving rod bearing press fitting device,the function of simultaneous bearin ginstallation at both ends of the shaft is realized.The designed bearing press fitting device had high press fitting efficiency and good effect,meeting the technical requirements of precision bearing press fitting.Using SolidWorks software to design the three-dimensional drawings of the components of the precision bearing press fitting device,and carried out the finite element analysis of the core components.The kinematics and dynamics were analyzed by ADAMS software.
