摘 要:目的 分析髓内钉联合植骨治疗股骨骨折术后骨不连的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的股骨骨折术后骨不连患者40例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组(20例,采用髓内钉联合传统式植骨治疗)和观察组(20例,采用髓内钉联合捆柴式植骨治疗)。比较2组术后骨痂生长情况、住院时间、骨愈合时间、下肢功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组术后2、3、6、9个月的Fernandez-Esteve骨痂评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间及骨愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),下肢功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 髓内钉联合捆柴式植骨治疗股骨骨折术后骨不连,能促进骨痂生长,缩短住院时间和骨愈合时间,促进下肢功能恢复,且并发症少。Objective To analyze the clinical outcome of intramedullary nailing combined with bone grafting in the treatment of nonunion after surgery of femoral fractures.Methods A total of 40 patients with nonunion after surgery of femoral fractures in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(20 cases,received intramedullary nailing combined with traditional bone grafting)and the observation group(20 cases,received intramedullary nailing combined with wood-bundling bone grafting)according to the order of admission.The callus growth,hospital stay,bone healing time,recovery of lower limb function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The Fernandez-Esteve callus scores 2,3,6,and 9 months after operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay and bone healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),the excellent and good rate of lower limb function was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intramedullary nailing combined with wood-bundling bone grafting in the treatment of nonunion after surgery of femoral fractures can promote the callus growth,shorten the hospital stay and bone healing time,and restore lower limb function with less complications.
