苯巴比妥钠联合陆眠宁在犬手术麻醉中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨苯巴比妥钠联合陆眠宁复合麻醉在手术训练用比格犬中的麻醉效果。方法随机选取拟用于手术训练的健康比格犬89只,苯巴比妥钠按50 mg/kg剂量静脉注射,然后用陆眠宁按2 mg/kg剂量肌内注射诱导麻醉,术中用陆眠宁追加麻醉。记录动物进入浅睡眠状态的时间。观察比格犬进入麻醉状态的时间、麻醉维持时间和术中追加麻醉情况,记录术后动物苏醒时间及生存情况。结果注射苯巴比妥钠后,有61只比格犬顺利进入浅睡眠状态,其中47只在30 min内进入该状态。所有犬均在注射陆眠宁15 min内进入麻醉状态,术中生命体征平稳,肌松良好,麻醉维持时间在120 min以上。84只犬术后8~16 h苏醒,5只术后10 h内死亡。结论苯巴比妥钠联合陆眠宁麻醉比格犬具有稳定性高、维持时间长和药物相对容易获取等优点,可为比格犬手术提供有效麻醉。Objective To explore the anesthesia effect of phenobarbital sodium combined with xylazine hydrochloride compound anes⁃thesia in surgical training beagles.Methods A total of 89 healthy beagles intended for surgical training were randomly selected,and injected with phenobarbital sodium intravenously at a dose of 50 mg/kg,then injected with xylazine hydrochloride intramuscularly at a dose of 2 mg/kg for anesthesia induction,and xylazine hydrochloride was also used for additional anesthesia during operation.The time when the beagle entered into the light sleep state was recored.The time when the beagles entered into the state of anesthesia,the maintenance time of anesthesia and the additional anesthesia during operation were observed,and the recovery time and survival of the animals after operation were recorded.Results After injecting phenobarbital sodium,61 beagles successfully entered into the light sleep state,of which 47 beagles entered into this state within 30 minutes.All beagles entered into the state of anesthesia within 15 minutes after injected with xylazine hydro⁃chloride,with stable vital signs and good muscle relaxation during surgery.The maintenance time of anesthesia was more than 120 minutes.A total of 84 beagles woke up within 8 to 16 hours after surgery,and 5 beagles died within 10 hours after surgery.Conclusion The pheno⁃barbital sodium combined with xylazine hydrochloride in the anesthesia of beagles has the advantages of high stability,long maintenance time and relatively easy access,which can provide effective anesthesia for beagles surgery.
