摘 要:新能源场站(renewable energy station,RES)配置电池储能系统(battery energy storage system,BESS)构成一体化发电单元(renewable energy and battery integrated unit,REBU),有助于从源头控制发电计划偏差、降低电网调节负担。REBU同RES,需在日前和日内滚动申报发电过程曲线。为此,设计了一种适应发电过程曲线滚动申报机制的REBU发电计划滚动考核方法,提出增强滚动考核能力、降低滚动考核成本的REBU日前和日内发电过程曲线优化申报与优化运行策略,并在策略中借助期望调控能力指标计入BESS辅助控制REBU计划偏差的作用。算例表明,提出的滚动考核方法与REBU运行策略,可在明确传达网侧实施发电计划统一考核信号的同时,更清晰地反映REBU对投资回报和运行效益的诉求。The renewable energy station(RES)and battery energy storage system(BESS)can be formed as a renewable energy and battery integrated unit(REBU),which will help control generation schedule deviations at the source and reduce the burden of grid regulation.Similarly,as RES,REBU also needs to roll declare power generation schedule curve before and within the day.This paper designs a rolling report method suitable for REBU rolling declare power generation curve.In addition,the generation schedule of curve rolling declare and the execute strategy are put forward to enhance the ability to deal with rolling assessment and reduce the rolling assessment fines.This strategy considers the role of BESS in controlling deviation of the power generation schedule by using expectation control ability indicators.The calculation example shows that the rolling assessment method of the power generation schedule and the operation strategy of REBU can convey the assessment demands of the power grid.It can also more clearly reflect the demands of REBU to seek investment benefits and operational benefits.
