摘　　要：“两个务必”面对中国革命形势的一个“根本变化”和七个“重大变化”、党的优良作风传统在新形势下的传承和升华、中国共产党人对历史教训的清醒认知和对“赶考”思虑的强力回应的历史图景;“三个务必”面临党主动应对世界百年未有之大变局、全面建设社会主义现代化国家以推动民族复兴巨轮行稳致远、保持长期执政的历史自觉和解决大党独有难题的政治清醒的历史图景。“两个务必”向全党提出继续保持党自觉养成并长期坚守的优良作风传统,谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗的要求;“三个务必”向全党提出“为了什么”的价值目标要求、“为何能”的作风保障要求、“怎么做”的实践行动要求。“两个务必”赋予中国共产党作为使命型政党崇高品德的理论确证、长期坚守的优良作风传统、跳出历史周期率的作风保障的期待;“三个务必”赋予党全面开启建设社会主义现代化国家的坚定信念、健步走好中华民族伟大复兴新征程的路径保障、新时代解决大党独有难题自我革命的品格保证的期待。The historical prospects that"Two Musts"faces are one"fundamental change"and seven"major changes"in China's revolutionary situation,the inheritance and sublimation of glorious traditions and fine conduct of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in the new situation,and the Party members'learning from the lessons of history and response to the concerns of passing new tests on the road ahead."Three Musts"faces a new historical prospect in which our Party takes the initiative to respond to global changes of a magnitude not seen in a century,strives to build a modern socialist country in all respects to make steady progress to national rejuvenation,maintains the historical consciousness of long-term governance and the political conscientiousness to tackle the special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces."Two Musts"puts forward the requirements that the whole Party should continuously maintain the glorious traditions and fine conduct that they have consciously developed and adhered to for a long time,and should stay modest,prudent,and hard-working."Three Musts"puts forward the new requirements of the"for what"value goal,"why succeed"conduct improving and"how to do"practical action for the whole Party.The expectations of"Two Musts"are that the CPC,as a missionary party,makes theory confirmation of lofty morality,stays frmly rooted in glorious traditions and fine conduct,and escape the history's rise-and-fall cycle.The expectations of"Three Musts"are that the CPC remains firm in our conviction in building a great modern socialist country in all respects,embarks on a new journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and carries on self-reform to tackle the special challenges that a large party like our Party faces.
