摘  要:诊断酒钢2号高炉炉况,分析存在的问题,摸索调整基本操作制度,上部装料制度和下部送风制度相匹配,高炉逐步强化冶炼,入炉焦比降低12 kg/t,高炉稳定性明显提升,目前2号高炉稳定顺行,指标进步明显。The condition of No.2 blast furnace in Jiusteel was diagnosed,the existing problems were analyzed,and the basic operation system was explored and adjusted.The upper charging system was matched with the lower air supply system.The blast furnace smelting was gradually strengthened,the coke ratio in the furnace was reduced by 12 kg/t,and the blast furnace stability was significantly improved.At present,the No.2 blast furnace is stable and straight,and the index progress is obvious.
