摘 要:钢铁作为非电力行业最大碳排放行业,在我国推进双碳政策过程中,钢铁的绿色低碳发展将成为至关重要的一环。转炉底吹CO_(2)炼钢技术作为中钢协优选的50项极致能效技术之一,能够有效提升产品质量,降低生产成本,同时在减排方面具有明显效果,结合国际钢协CO_(2)排放计算方法,对转炉底吹CO_(2)工艺技术的碳排放测算方法进行探讨,通过测算使用该工艺碳减排效果4.3 kg/t,计算结果符合LCA计算要求。As the largest carbon emission industry in non-electric power industry,the green and low-carbon development of iron and steel will become a vital part in the process of promoting the double carbon policy in China.As one of the 50 ultimate energy efficiency technologies preferred by CISA,the bottom-blowing CO_(2)steelmaking technology can effectively improve product quality,reduce production costs,and have obvious effects on emission reduction.Combined with the CO_(2)emission calculation method of the International Steel Association,the carbon emission calculation method of the bottom-blowing CO_(2)process technology of the converter is discussed.It is estimated that the carbon emission reduction effect of this process is 4.3 kg/t,and the calculated results meet the requirements of LCA calculation.
