摘  要:为改善板坯含铝钢生产质量稳定性,以板坯容器钢作为典型钢种进行工艺优化分析,通过铁水及脱氧剂等入炉原料的优化选用、精炼顶渣优化处理以及容器钢铝含量的稳定控制等工艺措施着手控制,实现了容器钢生产质量事故的有效降低,稳定了容器钢钢水质量,提升了容器钢品牌效益。In order to improve the production quality stability of aluminum-containing steel in slab,the process optimization analysis was carried out with slab container steel as a typical steel type.Through the optimization selection of raw materials such as molten iron and deoxidizer,optimization treatment of refining top slag,and stable control of the content of steel and aluminum in container,the quality accidents of production quality of container steel were effectively reduced and the quality of molten steel in container was stabilized,the brand benefit of container steel is improved.
