摘　　要：为稳定方坯含铝钢J45生产,从转炉下渣、冶金物料分析,Si和Al氧化反应等方面测算精炼顶渣成分和分析顶渣特性,测算不同冶金物料加入情况下精炼顶渣碱度、Al 2 O 3含量、顶渣特性,发现小转炉高拉碳法冶炼中碳钢存在工艺缺陷,在顶渣未能达到理论要求的条件下,采用化渣剂调节顶渣粘稠度可稳定钢水质量。In order to stabilize the production of Aluminum-containing steel J45 in billet,the composition of refining top slag and the characteristics of refining top slag were calculated from the aspects of slag under converter,metallurgical material analysis,Si and Al oxidation reaction,and the alkalinity,alumina content and slag characteristics of refining top slag under different metallurgical materials were calculated.It was found that there were process defects in the smelting of carbon steel by small converter high-pull carbon method.Under the condition that the top slag fails to meet the theoretical requirements,the quality of molten steel can be stabilized by adjusting the viscosity of the top slag with slag melting agent.
