摘 要:地质驱动力作用之下对液压支架的性能提出了更高的要求,须通过特征成形的手段进行加工。激光熔覆制得Ti600合金,对比了不同温度下固溶合金力学特性差异。结果表明:沉积得到的合金硬度接近330 HV。经过750℃固溶得到的合金达到了更优持久加工硬化性能。合金在断口区域形成了众多韧窝,获得了优异塑性。相对沉积态试样,经过固溶后的合金在断口区域形成了尺寸差异较大的韧窝。提高固溶温度后,形成了更多韧窝,750℃固溶合金断面处形成了更均匀的韧窝形态。Under the action of geological driving force,higher requirements are put forward for the performance of hydraulic support,which needs to be processed by means of feature forming.The mechanical properties of Ti600 alloy prepared by laser cladding were compared at different temperatures.The results show that the hardness of the alloy is close to 330 HV.The alloy obtained by solution at 750℃achieved better lasting work hardening performance.The alloy formed many dimples in the fracture area and obtained excellent plasticity.Compared with the deposited specimens,the alloy formed a larger size difference in the fracture area after solution.When the solution temperature was increased,more dimples were formed,and more uniform dimples were formed at 750℃.
