摘  要:为了提高液压支架立柱母材用27SiMn钢表面熔覆层的综合性能,对其元素组成做了适当优化,制得了单层厚度2 mm以上的熔覆层,并测其微观组织。结果表明:熔覆层内的组成成分属于单一α-Fe,各部位厚度呈现均匀分布状态,熔覆层和基体间形成了良好结合层,顶部区域组织主要呈现细小等轴晶的状态;中部区域形成了树枝晶形态组织;底部区域得到了尺寸接近12μm的胞状晶。In order to improve the comprehensive properties of the 27SiMn steel surface cladding layer for the base material of hydraulic support column,the element composition of the cladding layer was properly optimized,and a single layer with thickness of more than 2 mm was prepared,and its microstructure was measured.The results show that the composition of the cladding layer belongs to a singleα-Fe,the thickness of each part is evenly distributed,a good bonding layer is formed between the cladding layer and the matrix,and the microstructure of the top region is mainly fine equiaxed.Dendritic morphology was formed in the middle region.In the bottom region,the size of the cell crystals is close to 12μm.
