摘　　要：热轧盘条是预应力钢丝和钢绞线生产的原材料,表面裂纹缺陷是热轧盘条最常见问题之一,本文对该缺陷形成原因进行深入研究,并制定相应的改进措施,从而提高热轧盘条成品质量稳定性。Hot-rolled wire rod is the raw material for the production of prestressed steel wire and steel strand.The surface crack defect is one of the most common problems in hot-rolled wire rod.This paper makes an in-depth study on the causes of the defect and makes corresponding improvement measures to improve the quality stability of hot-rolled wire rod.
