摘  要:众所周知,高校院系行政秘书是院系进行行政管理的主要保障,也是相关任务全面执行的重要助力,在行政管理工作中起到联系内外、承上启下的作用。新时期背景下高等院校院系行政秘书工作主要包括常规事务性工作、协调辅助性工作、应急性事务工作等。要想优化新时期背景下高等院校院系行政秘书工作,进一步提高工作效率,就要及时更新工作理念、合理设定工作职能,加大岗位学习力度、显著提升职业素养,选择科学合理的方法、统筹完成工作任务,科学开展沟通协调工作、构建和谐的人际关系,注重体现人文关怀、打造良好的外部环境。As is well known,the administrative secretary of a university department is the main guarantee for the administrative management of the department,and also an important assistance for the comprehensive execution of related tasks.It plays a role in connecting internal and external and connecting the past and the future in administrative management work.In the context of the new era,the administrative secretarial work of departments in higher education institutions mainly includes routine routine work,coordination and auxiliary work,and emergency work.In order to optimize the administrative secretarial work of departments in higher education institutions in the new era and further improve work efficiency,it is necessary to timely update work concepts,reasonably set work functions,increase job learning efforts,significantly improve professional literacy,choose scientific and reasonable methods,coordinate work tasks,scientifically carry out communication and coordination work,build harmonious interpersonal relationships,pay attention to reflecting humanistic care,and create a good external environment.
