摘　　要：现代远程教育是现代信息技术与教育的有机结合,是实现终身教育和全民学习的有效途径。高校开放教育作为现代远程教育的重要组成部分,肩负着培养高素质人才、推动社会发展的历史使命。高校开放教育教学管理是提高教学质量、实现教学目标、促进人才培养的重要保障。为此,高校要更新教学观念,加强教师队伍建设及信息化建设,建立健全教学评价体系,推动开放教育持续发展、高质量发展。Modern distance education is an organic combination of modern information technology and education,and is an effective way to achieve lifelong education and universal learning.As an important component of modern distance education,open education in universities shoulders the historical mission of cultivating high-quality talents and promoting social development.The management of open education in universities is an important guarantee for improving teaching quality,achieving teaching objectives,and promoting talent cultivation.To this end,universities should update their teaching concepts,strengthen the construction of the teaching team and information technology,establish a sound teaching evaluation system,and promote the sustained and high-quality development of open education.
