摘　　要：《疡科选粹》是明代陈文治辑著的一部外科学著作, 其成书与作者情况, 历来学者较少研究。通过对方志、书中序跋等文献的研究, 考证出该书原帙成书不晚于1591年, 陈文治卒年不晚于1623年;考察了8家机构所藏的6个版本共计11个藏本, 比较了各版本的特色及流传关系, 梳理出许僖刻本、徐大椿批点本2个传本系统。Yang ke xuan cui(«疡科选粹»)is a surgical work compiled by Chen Wenzhi(陈文治)of the Ming Dynasty.There are few of research on the completion and author of the book.Based on the evidences in the local chronicles,the prefaces and postscripts of the book,it has been verified that the book was originally completed no later than 1591,and Chen Wenzhi passed away no later than 1623.After investigating the 6 editions collected by 8 institutions,a collection of 11 books in total,by comparing the characteristics and circulation relationship of each edition,two systems of circulation were sorted out:block-printed edition of Xu Xi(许僖)and review edition of Xu Dachun(徐大椿).
