摘  要:微小零件由于尺寸微小、结构复杂、加工精度高,所以对加工工艺的要求极高。微细切削是微细加工技术中效率较高、工件材料适用范围很广的加工方法,在微小零件的加工工艺研究中特别重要。主要阐述了微细切削加工设备及刀具系统配置、微细加工的特点及工艺要求、复杂曲面微细切削加工刀具和参数的选择、复杂曲面微细切削加工的实际加工等问题,通过采用合理的加工工艺和走刀路线,可以实现微小型零件的高精度加工,满足微小产品的需求。Because of the small size,complex structure and high machining precision,the micro parts required very high machining process.The micro-cutting was a machining method with high efficiency and wide application range of workpiece materials in micro-machining technology,which was particularly important in the research of micro-parts machining process.We mainly described the micro cutting equipment and tool system configuration,micro machining characteristics and process requirements,complex surface micro cutting tool and parameters selection,complex surface micro cutting actual machining and other issues.Through the use of reasonable machining process and tool route,it could be realized that the micro parts of high precision machining,in order to meet the needs of tiny products.
