摘  要:电力电子设备的小型化已成为发展趋势,而设备内发热元件的散热成为了小型化发展所面临的瓶颈问题。基于柔直换流阀低压加压测试装置提出了3种冷却设计方案,详述了风机的选择方法,并应用Icepak软件进行热流耦合分析;通过对比单风机、双风机串联、双风机并联3种布置方案的综合热力表现,得出串联风机方案散热效果最佳的结论;最后对不同布置方式风机的综合性能进行分析,可为紧凑型电力电子设备不同散热系统风机布置方案的选择提供参考。The miniaturization of power electronic equipment has been becoming the trend of the development,and the heat dissipation of the heating elements in the equipment was the bottleneck of the miniaturization.Three cooling design schemes were presented based on the low pressure testing device of the soft direct converter valve,and the fan selection method was described in details,and Heat flow coupling was analyzed by using Icepak software.By comparing the comprehensive thermodynamic performance of three schemes including single fan,double fan in series and double fan in parallel,the conclusion that the series fan scheme had the best cooling effect was drawn.Finally,the comprehensive performance of the fans with different arrangement modes was analyzed,which provided reference for the selection of fan arrangement schemes of different cooling systems of compact power electronic equipment.
