摘 要:混凝土衬砌的湿养护是决定结构安全的关键因素。采用有限元法对大型衬砌结构进行建模求解,获得了衬砌结构浇筑过程中两种主要应力(温度应力和干缩应力)的极值位置和方向。基于简易温湿场耦合应力计算方法,结合混凝土允许抗拉强度变化趋势,明确了衬砌结构湿养护最短时间。研究结果表明:干缩应力对衬砌结构危害程度要远大于温度应力;对于薄壁混凝土结构,通过湿养护可以延后衬砌浇筑中耦合应力极值出现时间,降低衬砌开裂风险;在考虑温度应力的作用下,明确薄壁混凝土结构最短养护时间是防止干缩裂缝出现的关键。The wet curing for concrete lining is a key factor to determine its structural safety.In this paper,the shortest wet curing time after the completion of large-scale lining structure pouring was studied.Firstly,the finite element method was used to model and solve the large-scale lining structure,and the two main stresses in the lining pouring process were obtained,the position and direction of the extreme value of temperature stress and shrinkage stress.Then,based on the simple temperature-humidity field coupling stress calculation method,combined with the change trend of allowable tensile strength of concrete,the minimum wet curing time of lining structure was clarified.The results showed that the drying shrinkage stress was more harmful to the lining structure than the temperature stress;for thin-walled concrete structures,wet curing can delay the occurrence time of the extreme value of coupling stress in lining pouring and reduce the risk of lining cracking.Under the action of temperature stress,the shortest wet curing time of thin-walled concrete structure was the key to preventing dry shrinkage cracks.
