摘　　要：党章是党的总章程,集中体现了党的性质和宗旨、党的理论和路线方针政策、党的重要主张,规定了党的重要制度和体制机制,是全党必须共同遵守的根本行为规范。新时代新征程,切实提高学习党章、遵守党章、贯彻党章、维护党章,牢固树立党章意识,让党章在推进党的事业和党的建设中更好发挥根本性规范和指导作用,把党章的各项规定要求落实到行动上、体现在工作中。The Party Constitution is the general Constitution of the Party.It embodies the nature and purpose of the Party,its theories,lines,principles and policies,and its major propositions,and stipulates the Party's important systems and mechanisms.It is the fundamental code of conduct that the whole Party must abide by.The new era and new journey,effectively improve the study of the Party Constitution,abide by,implement,maintain,and firmly establish the awareness of the Party Constitution,so that the Party Constitution can better play a fundamental normative and guiding role in promoting the Party's cause and Party building,and make the provisions and requirements of the Party Constitution into action and reflected in the work.
