摘　　要：没有调查就没有发言权,没有调查就没有决策权。调查研究是我们党的传家宝,是做好各项工作的基本功,也是党员干部必须掌握的基本技能。做好调查研究,必须坚持问题导向和目标导向,深入基层,开展难题梳理和排查;运用科学、正确的调研方法,摸清真实情况,找准症结所在,查出问题根源;运用党的创新理论制定对策措施,并转化为实际成果。No investigation,no voice,no investigation,no decision-making power.Investigation and research is the heirloom of our Party,the basic skill for doing all kinds of work well,which the Party members and cadres must master.To do a good job in the investigation and research,we must adhere to the problem orientation and goal orientation,go to the grassroots level,and carry out problems sorting and screening;Use scientific and correct research methods to find out the real situation,pinpoint the crux,and get to the root of the problem;Use the party's innovation theory to formulate countermeasures and turn them into practical results.
