摘 要:考察了新型绿色螯合剂甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)预处理对棉织物酶精练效果的影响。以毛效、润湿时间、亨特白度和顶破强力为指标,确定MGDA作为预处理剂对棉织物的优化预处理工艺。结果表明,在优化工艺下,MGDA预处理对织物的酶精练起到明显的促进作用,处理棉织物的毛效达到15.7cm,润湿时间为4.9s,果胶去除率为86%,亨特白度为81.15%,顶破强力保留率高于碱精练。The effect of pretreatment with a new green chelating agent methylglycine diacetate(MGDA)on the enzymatic scouring effect of cotton fabrics was investigated.Using wool effect,wetting time,Hunter whiteness,and bursting strength as indicators,MGDA was determined as the optimal pretreatment agent for cotton fabrics.The results showed that under the optimized process,MGDA pretreatment had a significant promoting effect on enzyme scouring of the fabric.The wool efficiency of the treated cotton fabric reached 15.7 cm,the wetting time was 4.9 s,the pectin removal rate was 86%,the Hunt whiteness was 81.15%,and the retention rate of the breaking strength of the fabric was higher than that of alkali scouring.
