摘 要:增稠剂的流变性能影响着丝网印花的印制质量。实际生产中,色浆受到不同的剪切作用,展现出不同的流动和变形行为,仅仅通过表观黏度和PVI值不能展现出色浆在印制过程中发生的黏性和弹性变化。采用稳态剪切、动态振荡、瞬态测试分析对比合成增稠剂和常用天然糊料的流变性能以及交联度高低对合成增稠剂流变性能的影响。通过色浆流变参数与印制效果参数的对应以期优化印花效果。结果表明,与天然糊料相比,合成增稠剂的假塑性更强,剪切变稀特征更为显著,且合成增稠剂体系以弹性为主,表现出弱凝胶性质,需要施加较大的外力作用展现出黏性行为,而天然糊料体系以黏性为主。与低交联度增稠剂相比,高交联度合成增稠剂的低剪切黏度较高,弹性效应更强。此外,合成增稠剂印制织物的表面得色更深,但是比天然糊料更易渗化,印制织物的花型轮廓清晰度差。与低交联度增稠剂相比,高交联度合成增稠剂的表面得色量高,更易渗化,印制织物的花型轮廓清晰度较差。The rheological properties of pastes affect the printing quality of screen printing.In actual pro-duction,the color pastes go through different shearing effects and show different flow and deformation behav-iors.The apparent viscosity and PVI values cannot show the viscous and elastic changes of the pastes during the printing process.Steady-state shear,dynamic oscillation,and transient experiments were used to study the rheological properties of synthetic printing thickeners and commonly used natural pastes in depth.The rhe-ological characteristics of different structured paste solutions were compared and analyzed to investigate the key rheological parameters which significantly affected the rheological properties of pastes.Subsequently,the rheological parameters of the pastes were corresponded to the printing effect parameters in order to optimize the printing effect.The results showed that the synthetic thickener had more pseudoplasticity and more signifi-cant shear thinning characteristics in comparison with the natural paste.The synthetic thickener system was mainly elastic and exhibited weak gel nature,which needed to exert a large external force to exhibit viscous behavior.While the natural paste system was dominated by viscosity.Compared with low cross-linked thick-eners,high cross-linked thickeners had higher low shear viscosity and stronger elasticity effect.In addition,the printed fabrics using synthetic thickeners had darker surface color,but were more prone to bleed than the natural pastes,and the pattern outline of the printed fabrics was poorer.Compared with low cross-linked thickeners,high cross-linked synthetic thickeners have higher color yield and were more prone to bleeding,and the printed fabrics had poor sharp definition.
