摘　　要：超支化改性嵌段硅油RH-NB-8520在传统嵌段硅油聚硅氧烷链段、聚醚链段的基础上引入了超支化的改性聚氨酯链段,研究了乳化工艺对乳液稳定性的影响,考察了在多种面料上通过浸轧法和浸渍法处理后的手感、耐洗性、顶破强力以及耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明:超支化改性嵌段硅油RH-NB-8520可以自乳化,乳液稳定性良好,加入适量乳化剂乳化可以提高其稳定性。RH-NB-8520在作为织物后整理剂使用时能够赋予各种织物柔软、爽滑的手感,提升织物的弹性,耐洗性、顶破强力以及耐摩擦色牢度均优于传统嵌段硅油。Hyperbranched modified block silicone oil RH-NB-8520 introduced hyperbranched modified polyurethane chain segment on the basis of traditional block silicone oil polysiloxane chain segment and poly-ether chain segment,the influence of emulsification process on the stability of lotion was studied,and the hand feeling,washing resistance,bursting strength and color fastness to friction after treatment by dip rolling and dipping on various fabrics were investigated.The results showed that the hyperbranched block silicone oil RH-NB-8520 could self emulsify,and the lotion had good stability.Adding appropriate emulsifier to emulsify could improve its stability.When used as fabric finishing agent,RH-NB-8520 could give various fabrics a soft and smooth feeling,improve the elasticity of the fabric,and its washing resistance,bursting strength and color fastness to friction were better than those of traditional block silicone oil.
