免还原皂洗剂提高深黑色麂皮绒耐摩擦色牢度的应用

摘　　要：深黑色麂皮绒因为结构、染色深度等原因,耐摩擦色牢度比较差,新型免还原皂洗剂LST-4258可以提高其色牢度。在深黑色麂皮绒上,当LST-4258质量浓度为2 g/L、温度为80℃、时间为20 min时具有较好的皂洗效果,和传统还原清洗工艺相比,具有更好的耐摩擦色牢度,可以达到3~4级。Due to its structure and dyeing depth,dark black suede has poor color fastness to rubbing,a new type of non reducing soaping agent LST-4258 can improve its color fastness.On dark black suede,when the mass concentration of LST-4258 was 2 g/L,the temperature was 80℃,and the time was 20 min,it had a better soaping effect.Compared with the traditional reduction cleaning processes,it had a better color fast-ness to rubbing,which could reach 3-4 level.
