高白度高亲水棉针织平幅冷轧堆练漂工艺

摘　　要：平幅冷轧堆练漂工艺在节省水、电、蒸汽方面优势明显,但是布面亲水性差,为了更好地推进棉针织平幅冷轧堆工艺,将高浓低温精练剂DM-1306H、净棉白ST109用于棉针织平幅冷轧堆练漂工艺。通过探讨DM-1306H、ST109、NaOH及30%H2O2用量对练漂效果的影响,推出一套高白度高亲水棉针织平幅冷轧堆练漂工艺,并与传统高温工艺进行对比,结果表明处理织物白度高、亲水性好、强力损伤小且布面平整、手感柔软。The advantages of open width cold-pad-batch scouring and bleaching process in saving wa-ter,electricity,and gas are obvious,but the hydrophilicity of the fabric surface is poor,in order to promote cold-pad-batch process of knitted cotton,apply high concentration and low temperature scouring agent DM-1306H and pure cotton white ST109 to the open width cold-pad-batch scouring and bleaching process of knit-ted cotton.By exploring the influence of the dosage of DM-1306H,ST109,NaOH,and 30%H2O2 on the scour-ing and bleaching effect,open width a cold-pad-batch scouring and bleaching process of knitted cotton for high whiteness and high hydrophilicity effect was introduced,comparing with traditional high-temperature pro-cesses,the treated fabric had high whiteness,good hydrophilicity,minimal strength damage,and a smooth surface with a soft feel.
